MEET THE FOUNDER
Apostle Dr. Rawle Phillip Mitchell is a man who has a passion for Purpose. He’s been married to his wife of 27 plus years Pastor Dorothy Mitchell (aka) Lady D. Together they share 8 children, 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
He is community developer & builder, artist, author, former Marine, educator, visionary, and a lover of people from around the world.
As a full time, Pastor since 1996 he focuses his energies on sharing a brand of Kingdom Truth that demands stability and accountability making an impression on each person’s God Given Capacity as they impact their personal and greater community while building relationships that foster Growth and wholesomeness.
As a mentor, he adds value by helping his mentees realize their unique Difference, while learning how to engage on every level of life as they mature into their Highest self.

As a Coach, he models the behavior that is in line with the Message he brings forth and leads by example on all levels private, public, personal and professional.
As a Leader, he is integral and believes we should never fight where there are no
spoils to gain. He has coined the phrase “Purpose works Life, Life Works on Purpose & When YOU find Your PURPOSE, YOU FIND YOUR LIFE” and he uses this as the Mantra of his Life.
